Meengle
is a networking group, created to enhance connections, build opportunities and provide
education by showcasing exceptional businesses. We invite only the finest
vendors to share in this initiative, at no charge. In effort to maintain this standard,
presenters must meet the following guidelines:
Requirements:
- Have an
exceptional product or service.
- Have a
professional website and collateral material.
- Promote
Meengle event on your social media and blog sites.
Showcased
vendors will receive:
- Logo exposure on
invitation, distributed to over 1,000 event industry contacts via database
email, Facebook, Meengle Blog and venue’s social media sites
(when approved). - One table (approximately
6’ x 30”) and linen for onsite setup.
- Opportunity to make a 5-10
minute presentation to attendees.
- Coordination of venue,
refreshments, invitations and set-up logistics by Meengle staff.
Logistics:
- Prepare
an informative and appealing presentation about your product or service.
- Provide 20
take-away gifts for attendees.
- Provide a
raffle gift.
- Meet with
a Meengle staff member in advance to review set up and questions.
- Attend an
advanced walk-through of the venue.
- Arrive at
