Moment in Time

This evening was a perfect reminder that business can be fun.  A great group of professionals and business owners came to Meengle with great energy, conversation and company.  And in addition to the good times had by all we had the pleasure of hosting Meengle's new sponsor, Decca Photography.  Jesus Tirso, owner and principle photographer, is one of Houston's finest photographers and will be the perfect new addition to our team.

Jesus concentrates on what he calls "people photography", weddings, engagement and bridal portraits, families and seniors.  Starting his passion in high school, photography has lead him to travel the world and photograph some of the most beautiful weddings and locations.

His style is also known for its documentary approach, where the photographer captures moments as they are, allowing moments to happen and not suggestively creating them.  This also allows for the shots to be beautiful moments in time. 5/11/11 Coversations and Cocktails

It was the perfect mix of people, conversation and cocktails this past Wednesday at the monthly Meengle event.  We started our evening with an impromptu wine sampling and food tasting provided by 88keys and Catering by George. The food was just divine.  The fig stuffed with sausage and wrapped with bacon left everyone speechless, thank you Jeffrey for allowing us to grill you with our questions and for providing such a diverse selection of food with such impeccable quality.

And then came Meengle.  One of the best nights to date. Jennifer from Petit Delights and Joanna from Joanna Garcia Photography came prepared with every detail planned and ready to entertain.  Their pose and professionalism was refreshing and allowed for the attendees to grasp how their day to day operations are handled.

Petit Delight's created a beautiful sweets table for their presentation, it was filled with tasteful treats, delicate touches of flowers and images that went perfectly with 88keys sophisticated atmosphere. They invited a beautiful group of ladies that were so boastful and complimentary of them both.  Just a  sign of what great business woman they are.... making sure they surround themselves with a positive support group!

The Social Butterfly

Joanna Garcia from Joana Garcia Photography has managed a pretty successful career for such a young lady with her Houston based photography business.  Her versatility in all aspects of photography has given her the flexibility to bring a great variety of services to her clients. 

A University of Houston graduate, Joanna's bubbly personality shines through in her quirky blog posts and fun venture with Petit Delights.  I bet those two ladies together are a blast.

Little Pleasures

Where were they when we were growing up?  This all seems a little unfair.  A kids paradise.  Can we reverse the hands of time, please.  Jennifer and Joanna of Petit Delights are event stylist that make a child's dream come true.  Each fabulous event is handcrafted to fit any personality, occasion or celebration.

They specialize in children's and small events and seem to have perfected the art of truly joyful events.  Large clowns made from beautifully colored balloons, bouncy houses and popcorn cupcakes!!!... need we say more.  All the hard work is paying off.  They have been featured in several different blogs in the last several weeks, receiving the attention that they much deserve.
